Our Nanny Services are the perfect option for families who know their schedules and childcare needs in advance. With a membership to our Nanny Services, you’ll have access to reliable, consistent care on a weekly basis. Whether you’re a working parent, have a busy schedule, or need a helping hand, you’ll have peace of mind that childcare is always in place.
From the moment you inquire for care to the day your nanny starts, we are with you every step of the way. Our office team will sit down with you and discuss your family’s schedule and each child’s individual needs. From there, our team uses our proprietary nanny matching system, OlicoTM, to find the best nanny for you based on experience, personality, and caregiving style. On the first day of care, a team member will be present to introduce your nanny and get everyone off to a great start! And not to worry, if you have a change in schedule or your nanny is unable to come for the day, your family will have access to more than one qualified caregiver for your home.

Ongoing, we:
- Conduct regular check-ins to keep your family’s care plan up to date
- Have phone calls and in-person visits to ensure you and your nanny are supported

FlexCare Membership
We’re there for you when you need us!
Is your child home sick from school? Unexpected school closure or holiday? Do you have a parent’s night out planned? We’ve got you covered! With our FlexCare membership, families can use childcare services as needed, with either advanced or short term notice. We are glad to provide backup care, no matter what may come up.
With each child receiving an individualized care plan, our nannies will be able to provide care based on their unique needs, even if it’s your first time meeting them! You can have peace of mind knowing that even in unexpected circumstances, your child is in good hands.
